Our commitment

Every Spook Clothing piece is produced in limited runs. Please read this policy carefully before ordering, as it explains how our drops work and what you’re entitled to.

Australian Consumer Law

 

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or unfit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights cannot be excluded.

Preorders and limited drops

Most of our releases are preorder or made-to-order. Production quantities are locked in based on orders received at the time of the drop, and manufacturing begins shortly after checkout.

Because of this:

Preorder items cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once production has commenced.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase will be honoured where production has not yet begun.

Estimated fulfilment is 4–6 weeks from the close of the drop. Timeframes are estimates and may shift due to production or freight delays. We will notify you of any material change.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery within our stated fulfilment window. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering, as we are unable to exchange for a different size once an order is placed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at spookclospprt@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
